Evolution Of A BrandWhen I started It's An Artisan Thing, I was finding my way as a human and as an artist.Initially my candles had Spanish names because it tied into my art which was inspired by Mexican folk art, and from my own heritage. I have always believed that time moves through me and as it does, I evolve. My art evolves with me. It has been a journey inspired by beauty, love and loss. Going forward, the candle naming convention will change along with the offering of new scents. More reflective of my life path, my journey. I am grateful to this time, space, reality. I am thankful for my patrons who've been with me since day one and who have always been supportive. The art may have changed, the candle lids and labels may have went through a metamorphosis but what hasn't changed are the badass fragrances. Always alluring, just like their candle mama.
