How is everyone’s Wednesday treating them?! ❤️ For me, I’m having a little bit of a bad mental health day.. And when I came on to make a post I thought you know what, lemme tell them how I’m REALLY feeling. 💙 Sometimes on this platform as well as on others, there can be what feels like an unsaid pressure. To always be “sexy” & “happy” & “intriguing”. 🖤 Yet we all know that no one feels sexy or happy every day/all the time.. 💛 So many struggle with mental health issues, & many struggle in silence. Which for me is the biggest heartbreaker of all for me. I’ve been there. I struggled alone and in silent for a really long time before I got some help. 💚 In saying all of this I want everyone to know that if anyone ever just need to talk, or just needs someone to simply listen. IDC what it’s about-no judgement zone here- My inbox is always open! I’m always a friend if you need one! 💕❤️ Now—back to scheduled programming! 😂☺️🌶
